The opponents of the Electorial College who are trying to pass this bill, have been hosting postcard parties to send notes to legislators asking them to support the National Popular Vote. The bus project is hosting a bus to the capital on Tuesday to visit their legislators and demand they support the bill. At 3 PM the testimony will be heard on the bill.
